Dr. Chaitali Shah

Assistant Professor

Dr. Chaitali Shah is an accomplished academician with rich experience in teaching, research, and institutional development in the field of management. She holds a doctoral degree in Management and brings with her a strong academic background complemented by hands-on exposure to research and training.

Her areas of teaching expertise include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Change Management. She is known for delivering concept-based, research- driven, and student-engaging pedagogy using innovative tools and methodologies.

She has guided several MBA students in their summer internship projects, capestone projects, and live projects. Her mentorship reflects her deep commitment to developing future-ready management professionals. In addition to her academic engagements, Dr. Shah has actively participated in faculty development programs, conferences, and workshops that span a range of topics including SPSS, data analytics, AI in research, and qualitative research design. Her research interest areas include Human Resource Development, Employee Well-being, Organizational Culture, Workplace Mental Health, and Strategic HR Interventions in Healthcare and Education Sectors.

She has also contributed to academic administration and outreach by organizing webinars,
training programs, and bridge courses for MBA aspirants. She believes in holistic
development and emphasizes experiential learning through activities like SWOT analysis
workshops, value auctions, roleplays, and personal branding sessions.
