Zalak J. Trivedi is a dedicated academician with a foundation inteaching, research, and industry practice in the field of Human Resource Management. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management, she combines richacademictraining with hands-on corporate experience to create a well-roundedperspective on HR education and practice.

Her areas of teaching and research expertise include Reasoning, HumanResource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Work–Life Balance, andEmployee Retention. Known for an engaging and concept-driven pedagogy, sheintegrates research insights, case studies, and interactive methodologiestoenhance student learning and participation.

She has presented papers at national and international conferencesandpublished research in reputed journals, reflecting her commitment toscholarlycontribution and evidence-based HR practices.

Alongside teaching, she has gained professional exposure as an HRExecutiveand Assistant Manager in the banking sector, enriching her classroomdeliverywith real-world insights. Her professional interests span employee well-being, work life balance, and strategic HR interventions.
